Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on the Minimum Required Qualification, Interview/Skill Test Computer Practical Test & Experience. For post (a) to (e) there will be Skill Test & Interview whereas for post (f) to (p) there will be Interview.

Required Age:
Candidates minimum age should not be less than 18 years & maximum age should not be more than 64 years as on 01/01/2015 (For Age Relaxation under Category refer to Notification).

Essential Qualification:
For post (a) Candidate must have acquired BDS/Ayush Graduate/Graduate in Allied Health Sciences & MBA (Hospital & Health Management/Diploma in Hospital Administration) with 1 year Computer Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Knowledge.
For post (b) Candidate must have acquired MBA or MSW with 55% marks & 1 year Computer Diploma.
For post (c) Candidate must have acquired B.Com with 55% marks & 1 year Computer Diploma (PGDCA) with knowledge of Tally.
For post (d) Candidate must have acquired Graduation with 55% marks & PGDCA or BCA with 55% marks.
For post (e) Candidate must have acquired B.Com with 55% marks & 1 year Computer Diploma (PGDCA) with knowledge of Tally.
For post (f) Candidate must have acquired B.Sc Nursing or GNM course & Registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
For post (g) Candidate must have acquired MDS/BDS with Registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council.
For post (h) Candidate must have acquired BHMS/BAMS/BUMS registration from any Government of India recognized Registration Board.
For post (i) Candidate must have acquired BHMS/BAMS/BUMS registration from any Government of India recognized Registration Board.
For post (j) Candidate must have acquired ANM course in Indian Nursing Board & Registration in Chhattisgarh Nurses Registration Council.
For post (k) Candidate must have acquired Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy with 50% marks & Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council.
For post (l) Candidate must have acquired PG Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Counselling/Health Education/Mass Communication/Computer Science.
For post (m) Candidate must have acquired MBBS or equivalent from institution recognized by MCI & Registration in CG Medical Council.
For post (n) Candidate must have acquired MBBS with Registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council.
For post (o) Candidate must have acquired GNM qualification as recognized by Medical Council of India(MCI).
For post (p) Candidate must have acquired DMLT or BMLT course with Registration in CG Paramedical Council.

Cost of Application & Way of Applying:
Candidates have to pay Application Fee which is Rs.400/- for UR/OBC & Rs.200/- for SC/ST candidates for post whose pay scale is below Rs.25000/- & Rs.650/- (UR,OBC) & Rs.350/- (SC/ST) for post whose pay scale is Rs.25000/- or above. Candidates have to pay Application Fee in form of DD in favour of District Health
Committee District Gariyaband (CG).
