Essential Qualification:

For post 1 candidates must have acquired MBBS/ BDS/ AYUSH with PG Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management/ Health Administration or BAMS/ BHMS/ Any Other health allience with PG Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ Health Management/ Health Administration/ Hospital Administration.
For post 2 candidates must have acquired DMLT or BMLT or Pathology course with registration in CG Paramedical.
For post 4 candidates must have acquired B.Com.
For post 5 candidates must have acquired Post Graduation Degree in Psychology/ MSW (02 year Regular Course) or Graduation in Psychology (Regular Course)/ Trained in counselling with relevant experience & Other qualification details refer the notification.

Required Age:

Candidates age limit should be between 18–64 years as on 01/11/2016.

Cost of Application:

Candidates should have to pay which is Rs. 400/- for Monthly honorarium 25000/- and Rs. 650/- Monthly honorarium em more than 25000/- for Male (General/ OBC) candidates & Rs. 200/- for Monthly honorarium 25000/- and Rs. 350/- Monthly honorarium more than 25000/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women (OBC & General) candidates through online.
